Rodgers' Dutch Mill was located on the southwest corner of Woodward and LeRoy where the present day 1st United Methodist Church is located. The interior decore of the restaurant was in the flavor of Holland with paintings of wind-mills on the walls and the waitresses dressed in Dutch outfits. |
